Horrendous customer service.

Beautiful dress, but too big for my daughter. It is ridiculous that a company like this, given that they know teenagers buy multiple formal dresses to try on, will only do returns with a store credit. Please be aware before purchasing multiple dresses. I had no idea and was stuck with 2 extra dresses. I was happy though to donate them to an organization that supplies formal dresses to needy teens.
