How to Use Store Credit

To use your store credit, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit Our Online Store: Go to Lady Black Tie to place your order. Using the Shop App will not show store credit as a payment option, in this case, please log out of the Shop App.
  2. Login: Click the "Login" button at the top-right of the home page or during checkout.
    • Enter the email address associated with your previous order.
    • Follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the login process.
  3. Shop: After logging in, browse our site and add your desired item(s) to your cart.
  4. Checkout: Proceed to checkout.
    • Select "Apply Store Credit" as your payment method.
