Beautiful dress, but it's too large and cannot be exchanged for a smaller size.

I purchased a size 8 dress and three other size 8 final sale dresses, but unfortunately, they don’t fit me because I am between sizes. I contacted customer care for assistance, but they could not accommodate my request to exchange them for a smaller size despite the smaller sizes being in stock. This situation is disappointing, as I now have four beautiful dresses I cannot wear. I have decided not to purchase from Lady Black Tie again, as they do not seem to prioritize customer experience.

Classy White Dress

I'm 5'5, weigh 147, and 34B. The medium fit PERFECTLY! I was unable to wear a bra due to the back being low. The dress arrived earlier than it originally indicated. This was my first time buying from this company but it won't be my last. 😍
